Custom Products – Please Read Before Ordering
Important: By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a custom-made and personalized product. Your product is created by customization and confirmed by you at checkout.
Because each product is made specifically for you, customized products cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind, no longer want the product, or the product is not suitable for you.
Please make sure that all customization details and options are correct before completing your order.
Returns
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for simply a change of mind, personal preference, or because the product does not meet your expectations when it has been correctly produced according to your order.
However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with photos or videos showing the issue. We will review the situation and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair, or refund.
Refunds
Refunds are only considered where the product is defective, damaged during delivery, or there is an error on our part in producing the product.
If an issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
Please note: Simply changing your mind after placing an order does not qualify for a refund because production may begin specifically for your order.
